Unfortunately we do not accept returns on personalised pieces. 

If an item is broken or damaged on its way to you, please let us  know immediately and certainly within 2 working days of receipt. Paper Victoria will try to work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

All of our items are carefully packaged. If by any chance your item has been damaged in transit we will send you a replacement without any charge upon receipt of photographic evidence. An arrangement will be made for the collection/postage of the broken product back to Paper Victoria.
